Getting started

To place an order through this website you must be a registered Mid-Optic account holder. To begin using the website please key in your account number as the Username & Password. You will then be asked to alter your password immediately for security purposes.

If you have a 'branch' account number then please key this as the Username & Password however please ensure you key a dot between the two references. For example ABCD.0001

If you aren’t registered, and wish to open an account, please click here. Once you have completed the application form, please post, fax (01332 295158) or email back to us. We will notify you when your account is open with your Account No and log in details.

Our website works using standard shopping cart technology, to begin ‘shopping’ first browse the appropriate category using the options on the left hand side of the screen. Once you have found the product you are looking for, enter the quantity you would like and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. Your items will then be added to your shopping basket. To continue shopping, simply click on another product, or click through to the check-out.

How to find product details and prices

Select the relevant category on the left hand side. This will enable you to search the section for your product. Once located this will show the product, a brief description and prices. By clicking the More Info button, a larger image of the product will be displayed.

Alternatively you may enter the product name, if known, into the Search option. This will display all corresponding products that contain this information.

Your shopping basket

 
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on View Cart. If you want to remove or edit items in your Cart, you can do so by clicking on Delete Item or by amending the amount.If you wish to cancel your order entirely simply click on 'Clear Cart'.

How to check out

Click on your basket in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then click on the ‘check-out’ button to complete your order. Please note that Special Offers will be applied at this stage so that you will then see your final order total which will also include delivery charges if applicable.
